Rollbag™ Automatic Baggers
Rollbag™ Systems automatic baggers deliver exceptional value, speed and flexibility for automatic bagging operations. The Rollbag series of machines uses pre-opened bags on a roll and the Magnum Series automatic bagger uses a revolutionary compact form/fill/seal system that utilizes tubing in addition to pre-opened bags on a roll. The tubing system offers a low resistance design that provides the benefit of lower material costs as it forms bags in-line before they are filled and sealed.

Pharmaceutical Equipment
PHARMA/MEDICAL SAMPLE CUTTER
This is a special twin blade cutter for easily cutting out 15mm wide specimen for peel test. The blades are fixed on the sides of an anodized aluminum block. The sharp blades are covered by the plastic protection plate which prevents damaging the blades as well as injuring your fingers. To use the cutter, simply press the blades against the sealed material on the cutting mat.
PAC SUPER H
The PAC Super H is a heavy-duty portable heat sealer for applications that require sealing at the location of the package. This impulse heat sealer has bi-active jaws (top and bottom heated) for sealing thick material and reducing overall cycle time. The Super H portable heat sealer features a high-pressure spring-loaded handle for consistent sealing pressure while providing the ability to seal thicker materials than our other hand sealers. Additionally, the ends of this hand held impulse sealer are covered, providing better protection to the seal elements.
Coffee Equipment
Coffee Pac Vacuum Sealer
The Coffee Pac vacuum sealer provides roasters and packagers an efficient and economical method of preserving the freshness of their coffee by vacuum packaging and/or gas purging (typically nitrogen flush). This vacuum sealer features four stainless steel nozzles for production efficiency. The Coffee Pac vacuum sealer vacuum packages approximately 4 cycles per minute so that up to 16 bags/min can be produced, depending upon operator efficiency and desired residual oxygen level.
Coffee Pac Express Vacuum Sealer
This high production floor model vacuum sealer is larger than our standard Coffee Pac. The Coffee PAC Express is a vacuum/nitrogen flush (or other inert gas flush) sealer designed for the most demanding roaster. It provides high volume roasters with the ability to vacuum pack up to six 1 – 2 lb. or three 5 lb. bags of whole bean or ground coffee at once. This vacuum sealer features an open head design for easier bag handling.
Coffee Pac Lite Vacuum Sealer
The Coffee Pac Lite vacuum sealer is designed with the needs of the small independent or start-up roaster in mind. This is a rugged, compact vacuum sealer for flat, gusseted, PE, PP, foil, and most other coffee bag materials. The Cofee Pac Lite vacuum is designed to package whole bean as well as ground coffee. It includes the ability to nitrogen flush as well, for maintained product freshness.
