Thanks to the experience gained over time, Robopac presents a new range of self-propelled packaging machines, Robot S7. The use of advanced technologies and of the utmost attention to safety systems represents the essence of the developing capacity of Robopac. The machine is provided with a high level of packaging autonomy and great work flexibility and built to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, using stretch film. Thanks to the innovative system for facilitated film insertion (ILS) through the opening of the carriage and to the Power Drive technology with brushless motorization, it is possible to control the film with extreme precision, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretching and the lowest consumption of film and energy in view of environmental sustainability.

ROBOT S7 STOP & GO

Thanks to the experience gained over time, Robopac presents a new range of self-propelled packaging machines, Robot S7 Stop&Go. The use of advanced technologies and of the utmost attention to safety systems represents the essence of the developing capacity of Robopac. The machine is provided with a high level of packaging autonomy and great work flexibility and built to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, using stretch film. Thanks to the laser scanner, the machine stops instantly when an obstacle is within the safety area. When the laser scanner no longer detects the presence of the obstacle, the machine automatically restarts. This eliminates any possible contact with the operator.

ORBIT R

The Orbit Range is where two technologies meet. The flexibility needed by high speed and high performance line machines becomes available on Entry Level horizontal machines to be added to work cells or integrated lines.

TECHNOPLAT CS/CW

Technoplat CS and CW are automatic wrapping machines and represent the innovative solution to fully automatic pallet wrapping. The machine is equipped with the Film Clamp and Cut unit with spreader, in the CS version, and welder, in the CW version, that ensures the film tail is attached, cut, spread or welder and perfectly adhered to the pallet.

PICK & PLACE ROBOTIC

The low infeed Pick & Place palletizer provides capabilities for low to moderate rate applications at a price point allowing any production line to be automated. The palletizer is a fully integrated purpose built palletizing solution, as opposed to an assembly of a robot, guarding, end of arm tooling with separate controls. Full bottom support eliminates vacuum lifting. Options include pallet handling, sheets and liners, and load handling. Category 3 PLd safety rating with controlled entrance. 10-12 cases/min.

ROBOTIER ROBOTIC

The low infeed RoboTier utilizes end of arm tooling, allowing higher speed robot motion and advanced product handling security. Bottom support offers a significant improvement over typical robot product handling methods such as vacuum top picking that is less flexible and secure, and is ideal for bagged product. Module options include concurrent stretch wrap, pallet handling, sheets and liners, and load handling. Safety category 3 PL-d per EN ISO 13849-1 based on controlled entrance protocols. 1-3 layers/min.
